5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Your Content

You own all content you generate using our Services, including all images created from your prompts. You may use your generated content for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution to StudioLM.

You retain ownership of any prompts, text, or images you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

5.3 No Training on Your Data

We do not use your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Your content remains private and is used solely to deliver the requested generation.

5.4 Our Intellectual Property

The StudioLM name, logo, website design, source code, algorithms, and all underlying technology are owned by StudioLM and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors

• Create deepfakes or synthetic media of real individuals without their consent
• Generate malware, phishing content, or content designed to deceive or defraud
• Create content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities

6.3 Service Abuse

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or content moderation
• Access or attempt to access others' accounts without authorization
